We’re Rose & Rust, Sonny & Hannah, a husband and wife run business based at The Old Rose Nursery in Northiam near Rye.

The Old Rose Nursery has been in Sonny’s family since 1966 retailing high quality roses for gardens across the UK and Europe. Being exposed to all things garden from a young age, along with making garden buildings for 25 years, gave Sonny a passion for garden products and design. Together with Hannah’s business and marketing knowledge, we wanted to create a unique collection of quality garden pieces that were different from most commercial garden centres. This led to the creation of Rose & Rust in 2017.

Our core products are made from Corten steel and aluminium which are high-quality materials. We love the look and texture that Corten steel offers, adding colour and depth to an outside space. We also offer a bespoke range where products can be made to measure for your specifications, such as water features, retaining walls, planters, and pergolas.

We work with a range of customers, including garden designers, landscapers, architects, and homeowners. We’re excited to see where this journey takes us and look forward to developing our range of products as the business grows.
